Digital Stamps

Digital Stamps, or digi stamps are digital images printed by the user's printer. Digital stamps come in formats such as PNG, JPG, and TIFF. Digital stamps offer advantages over traditional rubber stamps because you can flip, resize, and rotate them, not to mention easily store them.  They can be printed on a variety of papers and when properly heat sealed can be used with a variety of coloring mediums.

It is important that you understand each website's Angel Policy before using a digital stamp or digital image.  An Angel Policy is a form of limited license that specifies how an image can be used and any specific requirements of the manufacturer or artist. Typically this outlines under what circumstances, if any, a stamper can make and sell items created using their stamps.

Some companies allow stampers to work with the stamped images without restriction including creating products for resale. Other companies offer more limited use of their images, for instance limiting the number of products that can be created from a single stamp. If you don't see an Angel Policy please note that this doesn't allow full freedom in using their stamps.  It likely means that their stamps are sold for personal use only and not for creating items to sell.
